The hotel was clean and the staff helpful until I asked to see my final bill. Then they became very brusk. When they printed out my bill in dollars it did not reflect the rate booking said I would be charged with. In fact when the charge went through it was more than $45 more.

The staff is simply super! Matias, Gonzalo, and Denise were especially lovely. They really went out of their way to care for us.
The location is super! The neighborhood is so great! Very walkable. The hotel is spotless. They give you refillable water bottles, and exchange them with fresh water daily. The pool is pristine. The AC is cold. Breakfast is good, with many options for vegan, vegetarian, GF, and meat eaters.
