It is a really rustic farm style guest house
The guest house is a somewhat boutique style guest house, with a nice rustic feel and South African themed. It is a small quiet area, but one gets to know the people, also meet other guests and get to know real people from South Africa. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, but also central and within driving distance from connecting routes to get to Cape Town, beach areas and wine districts. The people at the guest house are very friendly and help out as far as they can.
Visited before and always a great stay. Rustic, cosy and charming. All the comforts of home with such comfortable beds. Loved the cottage and Suntouched Inn as always. Theunie was super friendly and accommodating
It was a pleasure to meet our host at breakfast. There was a neat dialog with each of the guests, often in different languages. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing with the fresh breads and homemade banana jam. The innkeeper allowed us to drop luggage early and come back late to meet the taxi for the airport
Comfortable rustic rooms reflecting Karoo hospitality. Air conditioned for the hot summer days! Excellent buffet and hot breakfast with fantastic local fruits in season. Fabulous cappucinos. Dinner availble at the property - so no need to venture out at night. Thank you to Mathilda and her team for a lovely stay. We will return.
The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious and we had a lovely ocean view. Also the breakfast area has an exceptional view and the breakfast is delicious. The guest house is located perfectly in Plettenberg and the hosts (Cherry and Andrew) are so welcoming, helpful and kind. They have great recommendations for the area and helped us by making the dinner reservations. Really recommend to stay at this lovely guest house!

A lovely stop over and relaxed feel. Dinner was very nice. Rustic setting, but very relaxed. The baby ostriches were very cute and there was lots to do - close to the Cango Caves and not far from Oudtshoorn.
Nina and Salvatore are running a super nice guest house. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Relaxing area with pool outside. Excellent Price-Quality ratio. If you have the chance, you have to try the La Sosta Restaurant next door…an multi-award winning restaurant in Africa….but don‘t forget to book well in advance.
