Located in Corolla, 700 metres from Currituck Beach, Wild Horse Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar and free WiFi is available. Excellent location - a short walk to the Currituck Lighthouse & Maritime Museum & several places to eat. Beds were very comfortable & A/C system is quiet enough so it won't keep you up all night. Breakfast was great. We didn't have a chance to have dinner, but if breakfast is any indication, I'm sure the food would be great too. Banana Dog Cafe (a food truck run by the owners daughter on premises) makes the BEST coffee. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A short (4 mile or so) drive into town for more shops & restaurants.
Buxton
The Inn on Pamlico Sound has free bikes, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and private beach area in Buxton. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge, a bar, as well as water sports facilities. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The room was comfortable and inviting with a nice view. I liked there was a connection to the restaurant without having to go outside. Really liked the duel headed shower idea.
Kill Devil Hills

Loved that the hotel was clean, ocean front with a friendly helpful staff.

Dinner and breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the food and short drive to the beach. The owners also provided a parking pass for use while at the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Harbor Inn! It's location, the staff, and comfort could not be better. The room was spotless and very soundproof. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.
The location was perfect! Staff was not only accommodating, but down to a person, provided excellent service!!! We could not have been happier, nor more impressed with the management & staff of Ocracoke Harbor Inn.
We loved all. It's a beautiful place, and we hope to return. We ate dinner at the bar and gill inside the hotel. Joe, was our server. We love everything about the John Yancey Inn. You cannot beat the view or the easy access to the beach.
The inn was very close to the beach as well as quintessential beach stops like grocery stores, souvenir shops, gas stations, and restaurants. Only a couple minutes down the road from the Hatteras Lighthouse, too!
Ate at a local restaurant close to the hotel, the inn offers clean comfortable and affordable the atmosphere was friendly and safe. The pool was not available, but it was clean and filled , we would definitely recommend and return here again
