Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The staff were very friendly and kind. The inn was quiet and relaxing. The room was a decent economy room. The location was amazing in decent walking distance of OBX brewing station, the beach, and an ice cream burger joint. Our favorite part of the stay was the pool. My husband and I had it all to ourselves when we stayed so the pool felt plenty spacious and it was the perfect cool down for those who don’t like big waves at the beach. Plenty of ice and a fridge to keep our drinks nice and cool. No screaming kids or loud families.
We loved all. It's a beautiful place, and we hope to return.
We ate dinner at the bar and gill inside the hotel. Joe, was our server. He was great, very friendly, and very thorough on making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Tell Joe hello from TENNESSEE.
The location right on the beach was great. It was also a beautiful beach and it wasn’t crowded. There were also places at night to walk to for dinner and drinks. The room was clean and there was a balcony with an ocean view.
Overall, it was a nice inn, it can use a facelift in most places. Nice room, huge with a very nice view. Excellent hot breakfast, friendly staff, and no shortage of parking spaces.
The Inn is right on a beautiful sandy beach. We had a small patio that faced the dune between the hotel and the beach. The free continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The Inn is in a great location for Outer Banks sightseeing such as the Wright Brothers National Historic Site and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
we enjoyed our stay in this Inn. Staff is super friendly and supportive. Inn has an easy beach access. Guess, in the main season may be difficult to book ;)
