At first, I was concerned when my wife booked our Monday to Thursday vacation at a wedding venue. I was very pleasantly surprised to experience an amazingly wonderful vacation! I discovered and confirmed that, as a wedding venue, they are not always very busy from Sunday to Thursday. During our week, there were four other couples or families on the property. We only saw them at breakfast or at a distance on the property. The rest of the time we felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. The breakfasts were wonderful! We were given options and our selections were prepared specifically for us, at the time of our request. Being gluten intolerant, we discovered that the Oaks staff was very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities and were able to provide entrées to meet our dietary restrictions that were very tasty and appealing! We were fully prepared to experience all kinds of mosquitoes and insects, being on the Eastern shore of Maryland in August. To our surprise, we did not see any mosquitoes, spiders, or any other types of insects throughout our entire stay. I even looked under the Adirondack chairs and recliners in the pool area and around the property and did not see any insects or spiders of any kind. We asked and were told that the property is sprayed regularly. The staff (especially Lamond) were exceptionally supportive throughout our entire stay. The entire property was clean and well-kept. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this property!

Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, the units at the inn have a TV and air conditioning, and certain rooms will provide you with a balcony. All units will provide guests with a fridge. The room was very comfortable; breakfast was delicious(!) and included fresh herbs, tomatoes, etc., all from the proprietor's lovely garden that actually piped in soft music! The dining area was lovely and looked out through a wall of windows, into the garden. Every table had a lovely view. The cottage, where one finds the breakfast room had a very large collection of hand crafter jewelry, artwork and other lovely, local items for purchase. Finally, the Inn is an easy walk or bike ride (bikes provided at no charge) into town. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend.

Inn at Osprey Point features free bikes, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and restaurant in Rock Hall. With a bar, the property also has barbecue facilities. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Osprey Point Inn is located right on the water in a peaceful setting. There is so much wildlife around-my husband went birdwatching every morning, finding birds and seeing deer. The breakfast choices were amazing-frittatas, quiche, casseroles, fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries and so much more! While in an isolated quiet area, easy to get to restaurants in Rock Hall as well as a quick trip to get to Chestertown. Everyone was beyond wonderful!

Decorated in crisp, bright colours and dark wood furnishings, the rooms also have an en suite bathroom. Loved the breakfast choices and the serenity of the dining room. The view was an incredible way to begin your day.

The Quality Inn Oceanfront, featuring an indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, is located across the street from the beach. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is located 3 km from the property.

The Comfort Inn Boardwalk is located near Ocean City Beach and the Ocean City Boardwalk, offering shopping, dining and entertainment. The Ocean City Municipal Airport is 8 km away. Free WiFi is offered as well as free on-site parking. Great from check in to check out very clean staff was great

Old Brick Inn is made up of three buildings, all situated in St. Michaels, Maryland. The property features free WiFi and parking. All rooms at Old Brick Inn have air conditioning, flat screen cable TV's and private bathrooms with some featuring double showers or spa baths. We didn't get to try it because we had a environmental boat tour of Poplar Island we had to leave early for. The yard and porch was beautiful, shaded with places to sit. The furnishings were beautiful and relaxing in their atmosphere

Meeting facilities and luggage storage available at St Michaels Harbor Inn. There is a 24-hour front desk. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling, fishing and kayaking. The hotel was clean and neat, and it was within walking distance of downtown. The room was large and clean, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not Odditorium is 850 m away from the inn. Trimper’s Rides is 1.4 km away. Staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Location to local activities, the beach, the boardwalk and local restaurants is phenomenal!!! Will definitely be returning!!
