All new hotel.Some people might not like the location as it is just off the main road but great for travelling. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is behind the gates so it is safe for a bike.The room was superb!!

Ideally situated in the centre of Istanbul, Family Hotel Taksim is within 400 metres of Taksim Square and 300 metres of Istiklal Street. I stayed at this hotel with my husband. It was a lovely stay. The hotel is located in the central area of Istanbul, so we were able to explore the city on foot and enjoy a variety of cafes, shops and beautiful streets in the vicinity. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a private bathroom, a small fridge and a teapot. There was a table to eat or work at, the storage space was enough for the needs of a traveller. The hosts were very kind to us. They let us in rather late at night and were helpful whenever we needed something. All in all, I recommend this place for a stay.
