Built with stone bricks used in old Greek houses, the guest house features a large garden and offers a large jetty for exploring the river. Location, people, service, bed. pillows on the grass to chill and drink wine is our best experience ever. Very quiet to chill and lay down in the back yard

Some rooms are fitted with a kitchen with a microwave and a stovetop. At Family Hotel Taksim the rooms include bed linen and towels. I stayed at this hotel with my husband. It was a lovely stay. The hotel is located in the central area of Istanbul, so we were able to explore the city on foot and enjoy a variety of cafes, shops and beautiful streets in the vicinity. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had a private bathroom, a small fridge and a teapot. There was a table to eat or work at, the storage space was enough for the needs of a traveller. The hosts were very kind to us. They let us in rather late at night and were helpful whenever we needed something. All in all, I recommend this place for a stay.

Fantastic breakfast! You could have done less and it would had been excellent still ) We requested mattress replacement for a harder one and it was complied with within an hour. Monster excellence! Dinner at the palace - fine Italian for those who like. Definitely coming back.
We really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was helpfull and polite. We liked bith the breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the swimming pool as well :) Location is great!

Great location. Easy walking distance to Sultan Ahmet and a lot of the tourist attractions. Manged to park our car right in front of the hotel which is on small side street. Host provided good recommendations for dinner and breakfast nearby.
The location is PERFECT ! dead center between Sultan ahmet and Galata Tower. Amazing views of the Bosphorus, 5 minute walk to Galata Tower, 1 minute walk to Galata bridge, plenty of taxi's in front, 15 minute walk to Sultan Ahmet. Buffet and dinner is amazing, Breakfast is amazing, staff are amazing ! absolutely loved it. Have stayed here over 5 times.
The rooms were clean and big enough, the staff was really nice and helpful, the food was good - we had dinner(burgers and pizza - very good) and breakfast. It is close to main street were you can find lots of places to eat(if you don't want to eat at the hotel). We could see the mountain from our room from the fifth floor.
We loved our stay at Lagun palas. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We got free access to tea and coffee for 24h (something tea lovers like us just adored). They did their best to provide us with glutten free dinners and breakfast (we had to explain what ciliac is tho). They made us an amazing vegetable glutten free soup that we requested and was not on their menu! So a big thank you to the chef and all the staff!
Staff has been very friendly and arranged a pizza for dinner going the extra mail and bring them to the hotel. Much appreciated 👍
This is a really nice guest house. The family are so nice and helpfull. They invited me (and 2 other guests) to join them for a dinner at their local sports club and we had such a great evening. The location is also perfect, just 5 min. walking distance from the Blue Mosque. I can highly recommend Grandma’s guest House.
We had a wonderfull stay at Troia Pension. It is not a 5* hotel, but we did not pay a 5* hotel price for accommodation. Very clean, super friendly personnel, walking distance from the site and museum we wanted to visit, special appreciation for the heart the personnel have for the stray dogs that is fed and accommodated. Dinner was a homecooked meal and special, although very pricey.
