Very friendly staff, loved the pool area (no diving courses were run while were there), quick and easy safe walk into town and Sairee beach (even at night), plenty of cheap food options close by, useful to have a convenience store on-site

Soft white sand, perfect clean water for swimming and friendly service. the Staff were super nice. premises spotless clean daily.

House Khun Ying is a 10-minute walk from the town’s entertainment area, and a 1-hour boat ride from Koh Phangan. I loved the kindness of staff especially Khin, the room was spacey and comfortable and the location was very accessible but not right in the middle of everything so enjoyed both the quietness and the ability to walk for 2 minutes and be in the center.

Toby is a great host, very welcoming and just a message away if you have any concerns. Rooms have newly been renovated so expect a clean modern fit out in your room, with all the amenities you could need for cooking in the communal areas. We had no issues staying here and would recommend to any young couples or solo travellers to stay. We walked here from the pier which took around 15-20 minutes. The night markets and bar strip is a relatively short walk ~10-15 minutes. Although Toby has mopeds for rent which I would recommend.
