We spent 6 nights here and this is one of the best home stays we have experienced. The room is spotless and is cleaned every two days, with fresh sheets provided. The lady who checked us in and cleaned our room is exceptional, thoughtfully organising our things and arranging toiletries—something we have never encountered in other home stays. They also arranged our transportation to the airport and even paid in advance since we didn't have cash at the time. Additionally, free water and coffee are provided. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

Staying at riad masaya was one of the best decisions I made here. I slept in the dorms, for some reason I was alone there the whole time. Had my own private space, organizing my stuff was comfortable, and there’s a locker as well. The shower and bathroom are separated and they are really good. Hot water always. Ate Inday and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and it makes the experience even better. It’s not on the main road but there’s still tuktuks passing by. The dorms are perfect for someone who wants quiet, comfort and privacy but at a good price.

Nice and cozy place. The bed is comfortable and even being on the main street the room is very quite. Plus the hosts are super nice! My boyfriend had food poisoning and the hosts were very caring! Can only recommended!
