Situated within 400 metres of General Luna Beach and 3.1 km of Guyam Island, Riad Masaya provides rooms in General Luna. Staying at riad masaya was one of the best decisions I made here. I slept in the dorms, for some reason I was alone there the whole time. Had my own private space, organizing my stuff was comfortable, and there’s a locker as well. The shower and bathroom are separated and they are really good. Hot water always. Ate Inday and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and it makes the experience even better. It’s not on the main road but there’s still tuktuks passing by. The dorms are perfect for someone who wants quiet, comfort and privacy but at a good price.

We had the most incredible stay at Gratitude Inn. The room was amazing: clean, spacious, enough space to store your belonings, great bathroom with a very good shower (and also warm water!). Together with Steven and his friend we went surfing twice. We had no experience surfing, but after the lessons we were able to catch some waves :). In addition, it was possible to rent a scooter for several days. Before I forget, there was also a really cute dog. To sum up, one of the best places to stay while travelling in the Philippines.

Best place to stay in General Luna. Affordable, private, calm and clean. Great location and staff. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need to prepare some meals and there is a lovely interior garden. Just the best.

Vivo Siargao is a family-owned resort that aims to deliver exception guest experiences through warm and genuine Filipino hospitality from the heart. The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was a lot larger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. 10/10!!
