Jay's guest house was amazing. I had the pleasure to meet him and he was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. His place is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect guest house four our stay in Wanaka. We will definitely be back during future travels.

Warm apartment with everything we needed. Easy location to get around the Queenstown area. Good to have own parking. We liked the closeness of some great eating places (Gantleys Tavern was excellent) so close and the Broken Heart Gin place was enjoyable!
Great location, right at the heart of Queenstown, yet, a couple blocks away from all the noise. The rooms have a ski-cottage feel and are warm and comfortable. It also has lots of parking spots which is very convenient as you can walk to dinner or anywhere you want in town rather than worrying about finding a spot.
Great location - sea views from the main bedroom and an easy walk to the beach, jetty and local tavern for dinner. Nice and warm, well-equipped unit, with night lights on the stairs, which was great for those late night bathroom stops.
Property had old world charm, cozy and welcoming, awesome view and very quiet location, walking distance to tavern for dinner and great facilities for eating in. Also walking distance to the point where we could see fur seals, awesome experience.
We were biking the Otago Rail Trail and Peter's place is a further 3 kms off the trail. However it was well worthwhile. A very comfortable and warm lodge set in beautiful surroundings on a working farm. Peter made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and informative. He made vehicles available for people without cars to get to the Waipiata tavern for a great dinner.

Clean, friendly, safe and quiet, in a beautiful spot. Perfect stopover for those cycling the Clutha Gold trail. There's access to the river - see photo (though swimming is discouraged as it's very fast flowing). There's a wonderful information booklet. There's a very good dinner option across the bridge at the tavern. The cafe (Faigan's) is also doing dinners some nights.
I found this guest house as an absolute winner 🏆, really loved everything about this place ! From the ever so helpful owner to the amazing detail in our room that has been created to make your stay that ever more special ❤️❤️❤️❤️
