Offering free Wi-Fi, and a guest lounge with a fireplace, Drifters Inn just 80 metres from the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Reserve. It offers rooms with flat-screen satellite TV. Excellent location right opposite the hot springs. Wonderful welcome by Debbie at reception who also gave us an orientation of the inn. Excellent kitchen facilities you can use if you want to. Very clean and well appointed room. Exceeded our expectations and very good value for money.

Porters Lodge is a family friendly oasis in the hills of the Craigieburn Valley, positioned just off the well beaten track of State Highway 73 but easily within reach of Christchurch. Everything was perfect!!! I don't think I'll ever forget the Milky Way in one night :)

Gladstone Hotel is set in Fairlie, 30 km from Lake Tekapo and 47 km from Timaru. There is an on-site restaurant. You will find a shared lounge at the property. Super nice classic kiwi bar underneth the rooms, easy access.
