We also want to thank you for helping with the room changes, which obviously was not expected in any normal hotels. Also great hospitality from front desk staff (sorry, I could not remember the names), but 2 ladies and one gentleman, who were always helpful. I had some paperworks to be printed and they went out of their way to help me and my wife do that favor. Thank you from the heart.
