He went out of his way to make us feel homely and welcome. We also want to thank you for helping with the room changes, which obviously was not expected in any normal hotels. Also great hospitality from front desk staff (sorry, I could not remember the names), but 2 ladies and one gentleman, who were always helpful. I had some paperworks to be printed and they went out of their way to help me and my wife do that favor. Thank you from the heart.
