Everything was amazing. We had a great one afternoon and night experience. Our room was wonderful with a net over the bed and a spacious bathroom (hot water in the shower and all amenities were provided). The pool overlooks to the rice fields and tropical forest. The staff were greatly thoughtful and the breakfast was excellent (you can choose one of three options - American, continental or Indonesian - and eat it in your balcony). Can’t recommend enough!
Amed
Featuring a garden, terrace and views of mountain, Agung Inn Amed is located in Amed, 500 metres from Amed Beach. The property is around 2 km from Jemeluk Beach, 44 km from Lake Batur and 45 km from Besakih Temple. The air-conditioned rooms provide a garden view and come with a desk and free WiFi. I've stayed in a few places in Bali and Agung Inn was by far my favorite! It's set amongst rice fields with a stunning view of Mount Agung in the front and green hills to the left. It's a little bit away from the road so it's not too noisy. Also away from the center of Amed but within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The room is beautifully minimally decorated and has lots of light and it was clean! The WiFi was great, too. The best part of my stay were the hosts! Putu and Ketut went out of their way to not only help with anything I needed, but also to make me feel welcome. I hope to come back one day and I would 100% recommend Agung Inn to anyone visiting Amed.

I loved everything about my stay. From the coziness and cleanliness of the place, to the wonderful service and hospitality of the owners. There are lots of hotels around the area, but personally I do not think they do justice to Sidemen’s true charm.
If you wish for a more serene, quiet, authentic stay in Sidemen, look no further. Amrita villa is truly a hidden gem!

The staff here is just amazing, I woke up every morning with a smile :) The view is amazing, the location is perfect it's not busy, but 7 minutes walk (1-2 on scooter) from main road. Also, this is the most clean rooms I have ever seen in my life, the floor was squeaking under my feet :o

Rustic Balinese style house with dinner bed and breakfast included. Fantastic meals, lovely staff, great location.
This place has a lot of good aspects about itself - 1. it is close to 2 beaches appropriate for surf beginners (Balangan, Dreamland), 2. is very quiet, you could listen to the sounds of nature, the rustic (but not oldschool) vibe of the cottages feels very nice, 3. it is 3 min walk from the best diner ever (Dapur Balangan) and also to a supermarket and laundry. I read here that not everybody is "satisfied" with the pool. I definitely do not share that feeling. Used it every day. Was clean and not just for kids.
We had a great time at Mirah Guest House. It is located at around 20 min from Ubud center, but it worth it! You will find silence and jungle views, a cozy room and kind hosts! We could have dinner at the guest house, have a massage in our room and rent motorbike there. I strongly recommend it.
The Villa is very new so everything was clean and fresh. Newman, the owner was very welcoming. He helped us organise a guide for the volcano trek, a driver for the following day and his wife cooked us some simple but delicious food for dinner. The road was a bit crazy to get there but that just added to the rustic style, as the villa is surrounded by vegetable farms and a bit far up the mountain.
Amazaing !! Well what can I say ! Where do I start ! From the beginning we got to the beautiful hotel to the moment we left, we were cared and treated so well, the team couldn't do enough for us, they went above and beyond, so attentive, polite and happy and the food and drinks were amazing ! Room was spacious, with a great view. We ate a dinner at the guesthouse and really enjoyed the cuisine. Delicious home cooking!!! Highly recommend! Tea and coffee in the morning is served in a tea pot, which is great. Coffee was good, which is rare in guest houses of Bali.
Really a nice small guest house with a very beautiful pool. Well, and as already mentioned in endless previous rating comments, the staff is really extraordinary. The rooms. We had a smaller room before which had bad Internet connection so they upgraded us to one of the downer rooms, close to the pool which was fantastic. So much more spacious and with a table and bigger bathroom. Nice bed. We had a scooter which is easy to get so we could drive around a lot in busy Kuta. It is a 6 min drive from the Hotel to the beginning of the beach.
We loved everything!! First of all the lovely family that live here are just outstanding and will do anything for you to make your stay comfortable. The guest house is just beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and we also had dinner a couple of nights, fantastic, home cooked food. We stayed for 6 nights and we were sad to be leaving! Great location lots of things nearby, we had a scooter so everything was very accessible. I can’t recommend this place enough, beautiful!!!
This is my favourite guest house in the Kuta-Legian area. It is relaxing and beautiful with everything you need. The facilities are clean and bright. The pool and garden are gorgeous. A lot of budget guest houses skimp in certain areas but Tom Guest House gives their guests everything they need for a lovely stay. Across the road is a wonderful cafe called Busa where you can get a delicious breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner and icy cold beer.
