Sebatu Tulen Villa, hotel in Sidemen

Located in Tegalalang, 5.9 km from Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Sebatu Tulen Villa provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

We stayed for 3 nights at suite villa with private pool and it was so nice that we were sad to leave. When we first arrived here, we got a little scared, as the villa is located (seems like) in the middle of nowhere, with very few places around it, however we soon fell in love with it. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable. The first night there we had a feeling like we were sleeping outside because we could hear every little insect from the outside making their noises, but got used to it after one night. Very nice experience :) The bathroom was very cool too! In the villa you can order breakfast, we tried it for one morning and ended up eating breakfast there every morning because they bring you breakfast to your own terrace and you can eat and enjoy the view at the same time. The villa also offers to take several tours. First day we took the tour we liked our driver/guide so much that we took another tour the next day as well. He not only took us around and gave us time to enjoy the sights as long as we wanted but he also explained a lot of cultural things and shared stories which we really appreciated. Thank you once again! The staff is also great, we were greeted by such a sweet guy, he helped with our things, showed us around, and came by our room later to take our breakfast order. The staff that were on shift when we left was also great, again helped with our things, offered water and coffee while we waited for a driver. Also, they were huge help because after we checked-out we were having trouble getting a driver to come pick us up, so the staff called the driver/guide that took us to the tours, who helped us to get to the other location without prior notice. Thank you very much! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this villa for others :) However be aware that to get to the nearest restaurant you have to climb a very steep hill. It was not a problem for us :)

Dhangin Taman, hotel in Sidemen

Dhangin Taman features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Tirtagangga. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service.

I made a reservation less than 1 hour late afternoon, but they had room reserved for me when arrived. I was surprised I had 3 beds well prepared although I booked only for my self. Towel, basic amenities, mini fridge were there, even hot water shower also was available.

Beautiful area, never felt so at one with nature, you can really hear all the insects and frogs at night. The bamboo hut is beautiful with a comfortable bed with netting. Always felt very looked after by the staff. Putty in particular was always available on WhatsApp to bring dinner to the room and booking taxis etc.

Wonderful place. Very tranquil surroundings next to the river. We completely loved our short stay here. Nice pool area and tasteful grounds. We enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We hope to return next time we visit Bali and then stay longer to enjoy the relaxing and beautiful atmosphere.

Beautiful simple wooden rooms in Sideman. Spotlessly clean with some lovely extra touches. The family is so kind and welcoming, and super helpful. They arranged a walking tour, massages, recommended a wonderful cooking class and even gave us a lift on their motorbike when we needed to get somewhere. The bed was very comfortable, nice quality sheets and duvet. Good breakfast and home cooked food if you need lunch or dinner.

I had always dreamed of staying in a bamboo house and this one exceeded my expectations. The villa is stunning, and I really enjoyed the attention to details in every corner. You can contact the staff via WhatsApp to order lunch, dinner, taxi, tours, massages… the food is delicious with great portions and good price. The staff was really nice and helpful. We really loved our stay there.

This was such a lovely Guesthouse to stay at. Spacious and clean and the view was amazing. The owners (family run) were really thoughtful and kind, it made the experience memorable. I also had dinners here and the food is great (papaya curry and sate were exceptional). They remembered I liked chilli so always gave me extra on the side without asking. :) Really recommend this guest house and sideman!

A clear view of Gunung Agung just right in front of the Villa! A few good restaurants for lunch and dinner just around corner and many more with scenic views down the road to the rice terraces. Some also served excellent brewed coffee! Clean, fresh room cleaned daily.

Room was spacious, with a great view. We ate a dinner at the guesthouse and really enjoyed the cuisine. Delicious home cooking!!! Highly recommend! Tea and coffee in the morning is served in a tea pot, which is great. Coffee was good, which is rare in guest houses of Bali.
