Set in West Meon, The Thomas Lord is an award-winning premium village inn serving locally sourced produce on its modern British menu and a selection of ales, fine wines and seasonal cocktails in the... Absolutely amazing little place. The little chalets out the back of the pub are so cute & comfortable!!! Had a really amazing & romantic stay. The power outage and the use of candles & the fire in the pub added to the romantic atmosphere!!! The shower is amazing with the choice of rainfall or regular head. The bed is super comfy. Love the little outdoor area that you can sit and have a drink or order food to your room. It was a bit cold for us to do that but was nice to have a private little area to sit. As it is a cricket themed pub, very much enjoyed all the cricket memorabilia and golf statues outside every room!! We had breakfast in the pub the next morning!! Either continental or hot breakfast menu choices. We went the full English & Vege breakfasts which were yummy!!! Again fire was going so it was lovely sitting by the fire to eat our breakfast before having to return to reality!!!

The Plough Itchen Abbas is a charming property with a riverside village setting, just 15 minutes’ drive from Winchester. This beautiful inn features a restaurant and bar. Jamie greeted us and was an Excellent Host. The staff were kind and accommodating and we are delighted with our experience. The room was lovely with every comfort. We would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Black Hole was wonderful! The staff were helpful and accommodating (able to abide by gluten free requests without hesitation). I loved the ambiance and the style of the rooms and breakfast nook. Everything was clean and well cared for. I especially loved coming back from a long day out and about and having access to tea, coffee, and water that we could bring back up the room and relax with. The pub next door was such a great perk! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

A beautiful pub, beds were the most comfortable I've slept in outside of my own bed. Breakfast was lovely, Sam & staff were so so nice I'd stay there again, well done to all.
