Just 5 miles from the city centre of Oxford, The Bear and Ragged Staff offers fantastic homemade food, free parking, and free Wi-Fi. Ronan the assistant manager was very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with many choices on the menu. Breakfast is served from 08-11. We were able to get a small take away breakfast for our drive to Gatwick airport when we were checking out which we appreciated.There always was parking available for our car. We were able to check in a few hours early which was great because we were very jet lagged. We ate dinner in the restaurant several nights and it was great as well. To get to Oxford we drove to the Seacourt park and ride and paid 5 pounds total to park our car and take the bus into Oxford. To return from Oxford you need to take the same bus line (400) that you went on. Our room was spacious and the shower was great. We were never bothered by noise.

Staying at the Royal, Oak was a highlight of our weeklong trip in England. The end exudes, warmth and charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and there are all sorts of special touches around the property. The staff are amazing and the food at the restaurant  delicious English fare.

Set in Church Enstone, The Crown Inn, Church Enstone is 8 km from Chipping Norton and 13 km from Blenheim Palace. Providing a restaurant and a bar, the property also has a garden. Delightful property in a quiet location but so close to many attractions. Accommodation perfect bed & great sized bathroom with local cosmetics such a lovely touch.

Stag's Head in Banbury provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. The pub and room was amazing , staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic

This 16th-century Cotswolds inn offers award-winning cuisine, free Wi-Fi and free parking in Swinbrook, just 5 minutes’ drive from the medieval market town of Burford. Breakfast and dinner was very good. The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated.

Built in the 16th century, The Fox is situated in Chipping Norton historic market place, 17 km from Blenheim Palace. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Exceptional staff and nice touches made our stay. From the little flask of fresh milk suppied at check in to the complementary bottle of beer in the room.

The Porterhouse Grill & Rooms is a 2 minute walk from Oxford train station, a 5-minute walk to the Castle Quarter. Oxford city centre is less than a mile from the property. Staff super friendly and helpful - carried bags, ordered taxis, made dinner reservations for us.

Situated in central Woodstock, this charming 17th-century building is 8 miles north of Oxford. The rooms were extremly cute and beds were comfy. The breakfast was traditional British breakfast but also very tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful!
