The room is very nearly perfect in size, comfort, amenities, and function. The space was very comfortable and easily large enough for two people and their luggage. The shower/toilette was super functional and very comfortable with special attention paid to the available soaps and bath robes. The coffee/tea included multiple options, crisps, cookies, and shortbreads. Additionally, the pub and available foods were perfect for an historic English pub experience.

There is ample parking outside. It has a beer garden and tables outside the front of the building. Best to book dinner as it is very popular and quite small inside.

All units include a wardrobe.... The room was great, the food tasty and the staff very friendly. This is a very honest hotel. It doesn't promise the world and then fail to deliver. I would definately stay again.
