Wonderful charming hotel, comfortable bed, very clean and well appointed, with a nice bar and restaurant. It was a welcomed retreat after a stressful and long travel day! Look no further! It was very busy when we arrived and this continued through the evening, we booked a table and despite the fact that all tables were full food was being served quickly and we didn't see any returns , we Certainly didn't leave any! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back

Breakfast was to order and I requested full cooked breakfast, which was superb along with a jolly nice pot of tea. The Evening Meal was also excellent and having stayed 2 nights I chose two different Mains; both were freshly cooked, and really tasty. My plate was 'clean' when it was taken back to the Kitchen; big compliments to both Chef and Serving Staff.
