Lovely inn with excellent food and clean and cozy rooms. Of note, while our room was above the pub it was surprisingly quiet and hence relaxing.

Set in Ewenny, 28 km from Cardiff Castle, The Golden Mile Country Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Rooms were very warm clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful . It was very busy when we arrived and this continued through the evening, we booked a table and despite the fact that all tables were full food was being served quickly and we didn't see any returns , we Certainly didn't leave any! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back

Three Horseshoes Country Inn features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Barry. Breakfast was to order and I requested full cooked breakfast, which was superb along with a jolly nice pot of tea. The Evening Meal was also excellent and having stayed 2 nights I chose two different Mains; both were freshly cooked, and really tasty. My plate was 'clean' when it was taken back to the Kitchen; big compliments to both Chef and Serving Staff.
