The hotel was lovely and clean, homely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and en suite were warm and very clean and the shower worked excellently. I also liked that as well as all the tea, coffee and biscuits there were two bottles of water in the fridge.

Excellent stay Breakfast choice and quality very good though coffee on 2nd morning was not great. Staff accommodated early start on first morning with pre order for 8am. Staff are fantastic really cheerful helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great bar (Ship Inn) 200yds away.

Nice country hotel. Try to get a room to the yard, not towards the street. Very good breakfast and nice option for dinner.
The view from the kitchen was just lovely. It was clean and had everything we needed. Nice fluffy towels! Great location to visit the surrounding areas of Fife, Loch Leven etc. Be sure to visit the Golf Inn. Lovely little place.

Very comfortable, quiet location but very close to St Andrews. The local Tavern at Strathkinness has a lovely restaurant serving excellent food & the site has a deal with an Italian restaurant that delivers to the site too.
The views were fantastic, and the proximity to Strathkinness Tavern and StAndrews a definite plus. The layout was just right, especially for one person. Linda worked hard to rectify BT's incompetence and gave handy advice on laundry facilities in St Andrews.
