We stayed for 2 nights two adults and two kids and we all had a great time. The service was amazing, the breakfast delicious, and the Hacienda was simply perfect! Common areas (entrance, restaurant, gardens) and rooms are very beautiful and in the style of an antique hacienda. The room was warmed which is a great plus in the higher regions of Ecuador. Moreover, a fire can be lit in some suites/rooms.

It's small and in the basement, but for the price I paid it's definitely worth it. Free coffee and snacks anytime of the day. Nice warm shower. The staffs are extremely kind and helpful.

It is a real hacienda, with much of the original antique furniture. The staff are so professional and friendly, we felt well cared for. Dinner and breakfast were very good, beds super comfy, and a fireplace in every room which the staff lit for us anytime we wanted it. Great experience, close to Cotopaxi volcano. Worth the cost!
