Really nice inn in a small town. Excellent breakfast. Very nice restaurant--we enjoyed the "Sunday Roast" dinner. Beautiful view from the dining room--reminded me of a Monet garden painting. Clean modern rooms-recently updated. Close to the Egeskov castle which is a must see. Also close to Sandholt Slot which is not open to the public, but can be viewed from the road.

Room styles maintain retro-charm from the 1970s, and include a TV and private bathroom with shower. the friendliness of the receptionist, the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff! Everything was exceptionally clean and the location for traveling further at the edge of Odene was very good! the motel idea for the kro was clever and unexpected.
