Also loved the little touches - like the nespresso machine in the room had nespresso brand pods. I chose the breakfast drop off and it was so lovely waking up and having a nice light euro breakfast on my door! also train station to get to Bern is 500m away so very nice place to stay if you do not have car or bike. loved the HUGE closet and shower! also the hair dryer was very nice. all the small details were so wonderful. even had a tan for the warm July weather!

If one could award this establishment 6* I would ( and believe me, I am particular!) The perfectly designed studio, with separate bedroom and bathroom, was exceedingly spacious, exceptionally well presented, scrupulously clean and well-equipped ( we cooked a 3 course meal). We booked breakfast, and our host, Carmen, was attentive and totally absorbed in attending to every detail. The tray of delights was brought to our room at the agreed time, and was superb!!! She even asked "how would you like your eggs....😀

Set at 2,225 metres above sea level, Berghaus Männlichen offers a sun terrace with great views of the Swiss Alps, a self-service restaurant, and a children’s playground. Great views and friendly staff.

The family-run Hotel Bären is located 7 km from Interlaken. It offers rustic rooms in a quiet location, Swiss specialities in the restaurant featuring a terrace, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. It was a good breakfast. Bread and cheese. I am not a breakfast person so I cant say much. The staff are exceptional. I will visit again because of them. Dinner and lunch at restuarant was really good too. Nice views to wake up to.

The Hotel Steinbock is located at the edge of Lauterbrunnen opposite the train and cable car station for Grütschalp, Mürren and the Schilthorn. Margaret from the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location, as I said, it was great.

The Alpenblick hotel is situated about 600 metres from the centre of Grindelwald, right at the ski slope and a bus stop, and offers nice rooms and tasty food. The location is perfect, a bit away from the business of Grindelwald, easily accessible with bus, or 20 min walk from the station. The view from the room was stunning, and the location of the kitchen terrass facing the mountains was really cool. The breakfast was modest, but still keeps you full. The dinner that is offered in the restaurant at night was very tasty and with a good price in comparison to other restaurants down the street. If you want to save some money on food, there is a supermarket close to the central station, and in a common room in the basement of the hostel is a microwave and kettle with plates/cutlery that can be used by the guests. Didn't know about it my first day, but it was useful for the rest of my stay. I was traveling with a dog so I had a room for myself with beds and a sink. Bathroom and shower are separate outside the room. For me it was a first time experience not having a bathroom in the room, but it was no problems with cleanliness or having to wait for it to be free. All worked perfectly and I was surprised how few guests I actually saw. In the surrounding areas there are so many things to discover and amazing hikes, I wish I had more days to spend in this area. All the staff were very friendly and provided good service.

Directly on the shore of Lake Brienz, Boutique Hotel Bellevue Iseltwald offers a sun terrace. The breakfast had interesting choices that you don't usually see. the host was very kind, i liked that we were offered tea at the table. nice fruits.

The Gasthof Schönegg in Goldswil is a typical Swiss Chalet Hotel with rustic-style rooms and a large terrace with panoramic views. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Everything. This is the best place during our Europe trip. The view, the breakfast and their hospitality amazed us.

Nastanitev Gasthof Schnittweierbad je v mestu Steffisburg, 26 km od znamenitosti Park Bärengraben in 27 km od znamenitosti Stolp z uro Zytglogge v Bernu, ter nudi teraso, brezplačen WiFi v celotni... We liked the comfy beds, the friendly check-in and the overall vibe of the Gasthaus! We had a fantastic stay.

Nastanitev Berghaus Iffigenalp je v mestu Lenk in ponuja vrt, teraso ter restavracijo. Uživate lahko v razgledu na gore. The property was nice and rustic. Berghaus Iffigenalp really made you feel like you were staying in a mountain lodge. Driving to the property have your camera ready because the scenery is amazing. The breakfast cost a little extra but was well worth the price.
