Just 7 minutes' walk from Hobart CBD (Central Business District), Astor Private Hotel offers rooms with antique furniture and access to free WiFi. Everything!!! This little hotel is amazing, very clean, tasteful décoration, very calm, hight quality of bedding and towels! Perfect sharing bathroom and toilet which makes you feel at home. Tildy was so nice and welcome me before the check in time, gave me good tips to enjoy the city. Perfectly located in the center of Hobart but in a quiet street! My only regret was to leave this hotel but I really hope to come back!

Great views out over Mt Roland, and the sunsets are amazing. Great little place to come across. Has everything you need. Exceptionally clean and well looked after like new. And if you like star gazing, you are in for a treat.

The Tasmanian Inn is located in Hobart, 800 m from Theatre Royal and less than 1km from the waterfront. Walk to Salamanca Market on Saturday in 20 minutes. It was perfect, we didn't expect breakfast, but we could make it and it was delicious! The cleaning lady was so lovely and nice as well. Very good food in the restaurant.
