Located next to El Chalten’s trekking circuits and walking distance from the main road and the city centre, Hosteria El Puma offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast. I found all the staff to be very pleasant but especially the manageress. The breakfasts were healthy and quite extensive. The room had great character and was very quiet plus being in a great location - close to restaurants, cervecerias and the National Park walk entrances for Fitz Roy and Cerra Torre laguna. For suggestions re walking tracks, the staff provided wonderfully local additional knowledge. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying for 4 nights

Situated in El Calafate and with Argentinean Lake reachable within 250 metres, Posada Karut Josh features a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. It was clean and comfortable and in a great walkable location and right on the road to the glacier. Especially liked the couple who owned it. They were so helpful and friendly and made a great homemade breakfast every morning.

The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, they will make you feel like at home. Totally recommend!

Only 300 metres from El Chalten city centre, Kaulem Hotel Boutique offers 4 rooms, with exclusive views of the Fitz Roy Mount. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are provided, and there is a library. The breakfast was very good. Several choices and they offered to make eggs fresh if you wanted. The apple crisp was to die for!!! Very good medialuna too! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They loaned me poles twice, which were very helpful. Their restaurant suggestions were spot on as were their trail suggestions and weather outlooks. They let us store our bottle of wine in the fridge too! We enjoyed the lounge area every day, lovely. Thanks!

Pudu Lodge is a Patagonian inn located in El Chaltén, inside Los Glaciares National Park, a few metres from the path to Mount Fitz Roy and Mount Torre Lagoon. Lovely staff Very close to excellent parrilla and start of the trails

Located in El Calafate, Santa Cruz, this bed and breakfast offers views of Lake Argentino, a charming garden and the surrounding mountains. I really liked the property. This is such a country style with all the amenities. The rooms and the hotel itself are also very stylish and cozy. The breakfast is excellent, everything is very nice and cozy. I would like to come back here again and again because of the atmosphere. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends! The girl at the reception was very nice, she told me a lot of interesting information about the city, the area, nature, and recommended an excellent restaurant with amazing steaks (a restaurant with a panoramic view and delicious steaks is located in the next house). we are very pleased with this place!
