I called the front desk to tell them that I was at the concert Is there an Richmond Talk to someone and I'll say that I would be there late and I was going to pay and cage he said okay When I got there about 11:30 he gave up my room saying I tried to call you I told him that I would be there My phone had cut off and so I couldn't contact him or answer my phone he should have saved my room but I asked him when I told him I would be there tonight do not give up my room

There was no breakfast. When I asked about coffee, they laughed at me. Rates fluctuated massively during the stay and although they have a posted late check out policy where you pay $5 an hour, they don't honor it and the second you are late, they talk to you like a dog and put you out. Then if you speak up for yourself they lie on you and put you on the DNR for no reason. Prostitutes and drug addicts crawling the place and a rude white man who is supposed to be maintenance but in everybody elses business.

I booked Hotel and location for shuttle service to Airport for early AM flight upon arrival ..I found out they do not have shuttle service to airport as advertised.....So went another hotel that does have shuttle service to airport...But still being charged for room I didnt check in to use

As soon as we exited elevator the smell in the hallway smelled like a cesspool. When we enter our room the smell of the carpet deodorizer smell was overbearing. Hand soap package in bathroom sink was opened and used. Linen were wrinkled when I pulled off comforter. After resting a few hour we left

From entry you feel welcome very clean and smell fresh,my room was clean and beds comfortable.we had dinner the first night at the restaurant it was good .breakfast was great.I also try starburst.will stay again next time I visited Richmond
I frequently stay at Virginia Crossing when I have business in Richmond. In my opinion it’s the best hotel for the money. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is A+ and the rooms are perfect. The breakfast buffet is delicious as well as the dinners in The Tavern. Both are just a walk across the beautifully landscaped courtyard. I can’t say enough about Virginia Crossing. I’m looking forward to staying again soon.
This property was absolutely beautiful. Amenities were well maintained, and staff were extremely polite and professional. The best surprise of all was that the food, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner Tavern, was absolutely delicious. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
The hotel is located on a beautiful property. The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the dinner I had at the Tavern. Overall I enjoyed my stay and wished I had given myself more time. The bed was also super comfortable and I slept really well, (which I don't often do when staying at hotels).
Everything. It’s the perfect spot in Richmond. No need to go out to dinner or breakfast. They have both available in The Glen restaurant and The Tavern Restaurant. Both venues offer delicious meals right on the property.
