The motel is right off of the freeway. The staff was friendly. Checkin is somewhat quick. The lobby needs an upgrade . Rooms are cool and the refridger is a plus here in Arizona and what happened to th coffee pot ?

Upon arrival you are walking thru a special gem of a place. We were greeted by Jim and showed to our room which was so pretty and welcoming. So many personal touches like the bottled water and a little gift bag of snacks and tickets to the 4th of July fireworks show. Beautifully decorated and the Inn is centrally located to downtown where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and will share this place with our friends and family to visit. If you chose to stay here you will not regret it.

The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. The staff were kind and courteous. We stayed in 2 different hotels while traveling. Neither could compare with the quality and cleanliness of Holliday Inn express!!
Our favorite hotel in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area! We now know the GM, the manager, the special events coordinator, at least one bartender and two others on their fantastic staff. The personal service is unparalleled and I love sitting in the lounge area for dinner or just a drink. Breakfast is European style (buffet for many small items, then you order your entree).
Amenities! Breakfast and what we considered dinner was included, along with 3 free drinks each. Bed was so soft and pillows were soft yet firm. We are going to look for a Drury from now on. Staff was extremely friendly and above expectations. Pool area looked nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it.
