The room was so pretty! I loved everything about this place! Better than many 5 star places I have stayed recently. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was very nice, loved that I could change the temp without changing the flow and the flow was nice too, with options to adjust. It was very clean and had nice toiletries, even a makeup remover packet. The towels were pretty, soft and fluffy, they were displayed/folded beautifully too. Nice blow dryer in a convenient holder by sink vanity, didn't have to unpack mine. There was a lot of varying lighting fixtures sconces, lamps, overhead, that I could control independently, had many with outlets and USB. The coffee from the little coffee set up was excellent I was really impressed with everything, including location, free wifi at an amazing price! I will stay here every time I come to Az!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The apartment was clean and well-lit, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen, even though we didn't use it. The facility is equipped with a gym and a swimming pool, which we used. The bathtub faucet was leaking, but when I messaged for service, my request was promptly addressed, and the issue was fixed before we returned from dinner. We will definitely consider this apartment again on our next trip to Phoenix.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Dinner was delicious as well, and the free drinks are a great bonus! We love that the pool is shaded for much of the day, keeping it a little cooler.
The staff was super helpful. I accidentally left a suitcase in the driveway. Jason at the front desk found it and stored it until it could be retrieved.
They were also very helpful with dinner recommendations.
The whole facility smells like new, everything is well organized and clean. The staff is super friendly, from the front desk to the cleaners. The breakfast was vast with a lot of variety. It was the first time I had cinnamon waffles! It was delicious.
The only complain is they didn’t have cinnamon rolls at all during our stay. How can you not have your signature item? Everything else was great except they wouldn’t allow an early check in so don’t show up early.
