Canterbury Suites B&B, hotel in Northeast Harbor

Located in Bar Harbor, a 8-minute walk from Town Beach, Canterbury Suites B&B provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking.

Very comfortable, clean, new and spacious. Location is on a quiet side street but only a short stroll to everything Bar Harbor has to offer. When the Island Explorer shuttles are running (late June to mid Oct) this inn offers a park the car and leave it option. The host Martha and Tim are very knowledgeable about the island and ready to help with recommendations based on your interest. Breakfast was yummy and accommodating based on dietary needs. Our dog loved hanging out on the balcony in our outdoor suite.

Wonder View Inn, hotel in Northeast Harbor

This Bar Harbor, Maine hotel is 2 mi from Acadia National Park. Each room includes cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Downtown Bar Harbor is half a mile away.

The restaurant did provide excellent service and wonderful food. I would visit the restaurant again. Once the sun comes out the view is breathtaking from the window tables. If it is not freezing there is an outdoor seated patio option.

Beautiful place and excellent location! Great view of the harbor. Very friendly staff. Best restaurant in the area is adjacent to the hotel! Leave the chaos in Bar Harbor and stay in northeast harbor at Kimball Terrace Inn👍

I loved my stay here! The property is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Location is great away from the bustle of Bar Harbor but still very close to Acadia (and other local hikes that were less busy!). I enjoyed walking into town for dinner each night and had several great meals, and also a fun boat ride withe Princess Cruises. Definitely recommend checking out Thuya Gardens/Asticou Terraces only a few minutes away.

Location was excellent. Close to points of interest but away from the large crowds at Bar Harbor. This is an older building adopted to become an Inn. The building was very interesting, well maintained and clean.

The view from our balcony was very nice, and the size of the room is spacious. All staff were very helpful, and we liked having the gift shop right in the lobby. We had an early ticket for Cadillac Mountain, so we were out before sunrise. Didn’t get to spend much time at the inn.
