It’s a lovely house, well kept and the outside, the garden and our room was atmospheric and neat.
The beds were extremely comfy, the breakfast gave two options that were fixed, but freshly made. What we received did taste very good, additionally there was orange juice, fruits and coffee as much as we needed.
The guy who met us at the reception at check-in time was very friendly.

This hotel was so welcoming. When we arrived, someone gave us a tour of the hotel. Subsequently, she suggested places to visit or eat, and remained available for our questions. plus there was always freshly prepared food on the table. it was very warm. in addition to the smell of the hotel which was very pleasant. Ultimately, the meals were very good. it was homemade food made with love. they were very respectful of my gluten allergy. If we visit again, this hotel is gonna be our first choice!

Perfect central location for the town and Acadia. Very friendly and helpful innkeeper. A plumbing issue in our room was fixed promptly the same day. Lovely historic building with nicely decorated rooms. Easy on site parking.

Breakfast was out of sight. Matt and Kristi were super host , always asking what they could do to make things better.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Beautiful place and excellent location!
Great view of the harbor. Very friendly staff.
Best restaurant in the area is adjacent to the hotel! Leave the chaos in Bar Harbor and stay in northeast harbor at Kimball Terrace Inn👍
I loved my stay here! The property is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Location is great away from the bustle of Bar Harbor but still very close to Acadia (and other local hikes that were less busy!). I enjoyed walking into town for dinner each night and had several great meals, and also a fun boat ride withe Princess Cruises. Definitely recommend checking out Thuya Gardens/Asticou Terraces only a few minutes away.
The inn was situated in the beautiful wooded area and perfectly decorated with antique charm. Our room felt very cozy, comfortable. Love the real fireplace. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Location was excellent. Close to points of interest but away from the large crowds at Bar Harbor. This is an older building adopted to become an Inn. The building was very interesting, well maintained and clean.
The view from our balcony was very nice, and the size of the room is spacious. All staff were very helpful, and we liked having the gift shop right in the lobby. We had an early ticket for Cadillac Mountain, so we were out before sunrise. Didn’t get to spend much time at the inn.
