Delicious breakfast, warm staff, great location just blocks from Uptown Theater where we were seeing a show, great neighborhood to walk through, beautiful picturesque architecture in this home / bed & breakfast, wanted to hang out in lobby just to take in the space. Comfortable bed, clean room, clean bathroom nice shower, good heat in winter. We would definitely return.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The room was spacious and very quaint. Beds were comfortable. The Napa Inn is stylish and full of charm and the staff are warm and welcoming.
The breakfast made for a great start to the day and was most enjoyable.
An incredible 3 night stay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful house dating back to 1903 we were told. Large room, bathroom and everything we needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated the small touches such as wine tastings and local cheeses every evening between 5.30 and 6.30pm. This was an opportunity to chat with the host and other guests if we wanted. We absolutely loved it! Whenever we return to Napa we will stay at 1801 First Luxury Inn.
Milliken Creek Inn is amazing! I let them know that we were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond. There was a card and a delicious cheesecake on a decorated plate. The staff are so accommodating. The grounds are beautiful. The room was well decorated and gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. I can't say enough good things about how great Milliken Creek Inn is.
Charming inn with comfortable rooms in a lovely location within walking distance to downtown. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and everything seems professionally managed and running smoothly. Breakfast was delicious! Will definitely return.
Cute and quaint little boutique in downtown Napa. The facilities, such as the bedding and Toto toilets, in every room are hands down some of the best and most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel!
Additionally the location and proximity to DT Napa is perfect and a great, quick walk from the hotel. We always try to book at R Inn when visiting Napa.
Breakfast was consistently exceptional, and the portions were very large. Very cozy feel, and the innkeeper was as helpful as anyone could be. Very impressed. Bonus marks for the fresh citrus trees outside!
Beautiful inn right near downtown Napa, the innkeeper was very nice and the room was nice, comfortable bed. Just stayed for one night but would definitely be back.
