We had an issue regarding the smell of weed coming through our bathroom. I was contacted by Tristin the supervisor and she was amazing. She apologized and moved our room within a few hours. The hotel staff were professional and very hospitable! We ordered dinner one night at the restaurant and the food was delicious and portions were great.

We stayed one night until we could check into our condo. The quality inn was close to the airport and the condo with a great bbq next door. We appreciated that we could rent the room for one night and it included breakfast.

The property was updated and had the perfect beach vibe. The condo is exactly what the pictures show. Very roomy 3 bedroom 2 bath. The balcony was a great place to watch the waves. Kitchen was set up nicely and if we were there just a bit longer I would have loved to have had a big dinner at the dining table. The owner/property manager was easy to communicate with. The place is well maintained and felt like home.

We where in the Pinnicale building of the hotel. We like the rooms. They were clean and spacious. And the price for our stay was great too. House keeping was amazing. They came by every morning to make sure we had towels, rags, clean linens, or if our trash need to be empty. And if we had any questions they would help to their best ability. The staff was always out cleaning the floors or windows and the pools. Always making sure everything was up to par for the guest to use.

The rooms were clean and there was a lot of space. Modern, attractive and with a great view of the sunrise. All the amenities: kids water park and cabanas around the pools were really great! Having the beer garden and restaurant right there with great food and ocean view dinning. An in-house Starbucks and bar was a treat!! . The free breakfast was tasty and had a great selection to satisfy all ages whether you wanted a hearty meal or a healthy meal! The beach is right there, beautiful and clean!
