Nice staff and good shuttle service from and to the airport
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The hostel was very clean with a nice bathroom and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable for bunkbeds and they have 2 pillows that were actually of good quality. So often at hostels it's one very skinny lumpy pillow so I was happy about that. The kitchen was clean and they had nice common areas.
The view was fantastic. The booking was spacious and three bedrooms was nice for everyone’s personal space. We really enjoyed the rooftop view. We took the opportunity to make a family dinner and everyone dined together on the rooftop.
The location is excellent. We had a standard room but had a great view of the river and the city. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good and surprisingly had a reasonable price. I would stay there again.

The walk is literally 3 to 5 minutes from condo to front door.

Easy access to cleaning supplies
We stayed there for 12 hours, I feel like it was overpriced for a late booking and the breakfast wasn't hot. We paid for the convenience of being closer to the highway to get back home Minnesota. There was nothing special about it, it was an overpriced hotel.
Room location was aweful in spite of my requests facing some garage. Breakfast spread is good for non vegetarians only. Not for poor vegetarians like us who don't kill animals for their dinner table.
We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown Chicago! The location was fantastic and so convenient. The hotel staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in to check in. The breakfast every morning was great for our family. Being able to bring a pet for an extremely reasonable fee was an added bonus! My son was obsessed with the pool... all around this hotel checked all the boxes for our family. We will be back!!
Brilliantly situated in the heart of the Downtown Loop, the Residence Inn is genuinely stylish and perfect for a city break. Rooms are spacious and well equipped: beds and pillows are really comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern with a range of good toiletries. Really courteous and helpful staff at check in and a superb breakfast. Whole place has a luxurious but easy going vibe.
Proximity to United Center was great, Park Tavern across the street was excellent for dinner and drinks, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was small but well appointed and comfortable. Would 100% stay here again.
