Very good room for the price, as good value as I have seen in Pattaya. I like the glass door carded entry -- feels secure. Very clean room and fine bed.

A very good priced accommodation,very much in the centre of where you would want to be. Friendly staff make sure your needs are looked after. Near all the amenities and entertainments you will need for your visit. In room facilities were all I requered.

Amazing staff make this place feel like home. Huge multi room apartment with a balcony big enough for a sofa and two armchairs overlooking the pool and the beach.
It's a little dusty but the biggest bath in the world, super powerful shower and three double wardrobes built into the enormous bathroom.
Fabulous stay due to the staff, the location, the balcony, and the massive amount of living space.
No restaurant, no breakfast, but any number of great local places to eat nearby.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Big pool, nice people, good bed, nice room (we choose the bigger one with ocean view), great breakfast, good food in restaurant, small gym, very nice garden very good maintained and very spacious, not many people (beginning July/5 nights), close to the beach via extra entrance door

Fridge filled with very reasonable prised drinks, safety box, free water and coffee/tea.
The restaurant was a great experience! We had a 3 course dinner with really delicious foods, chef Bart surely know what he is doing.

Breakfast, the quality of the food is quite good, variety, fresh, clean, food taste is normal but ok, acceptable. Nice staff. Great location, it is a beach where you can swim in the sea better than other beach zones in Pattaya. This beach is quite calm. There are no jet skis or motorboats. Paddleboards and kayaks are available for rent at affordable prices. Dinner restaurant is fantastic sunset view, fair price, recommend table no. Tree-9. You can explore the resort's botanical gardens and cute rabbits.
The service provided by Minnie is really exceptional. She is very responsive and efficient, answering messages in minutes. Her is very service oriented. She gives good recommendations and follow up with parties concerned to ensure we would not encounter problem. Best villa management we have ever met.
We adored the rustic traditional Thai style resort in its quiet location ,yet beach and cafes on doorstep. Pool was always sparkling and perfect. The breakfast catered for every taste. Management were exceptional in guiding us through each aspect of our holiday making us feel safe secure. We left feel totally relaxed and very happy.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable.For the price we paid it was like w inning a lottery. The bed was super comfortable well maintained rooms. Location was best it's right in the walking street. The owner and the staffof the property were very helpful and friendly.
