If you expect total silence at 10 pm, don't go to Pattaya at all, but it was reasonably quiet and a good night sleep isn't a problem. That wasn't certainly my last stay here, I can absolutely recommend the place.

There are food choices right outside the apartment, and a 7-Eleven less than 5min away. Short trip whether you want to go to Jomtien or Pattaya city. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English well. Spacious room. We were 5 people. (2 adults 3 children) The room had 2 bedrooms with each their own air-condition that worked well. The living room was equipped with a large ceiling fan that was able to keep the room comfortable on its own. I highly recommend staying here.
