Upon arriving I was greeted by such a friendly and energetic host! The entire staff throughout my stay was not only extremely welcoming, but very knowledgeable. I got the insights of great food and beach access straight from a trusted local source! Also, the front desk host even helped arrange a taxi for me on the day I needed to leave.

We had an amazing 2 week holiday here. The place has direct access to the beach right from a big porch, which is exactly what we were looking for. The beach is very quiet unlike other beaches on Phuket and swimmable during the high tide. The apartment is very clean and spacious. There is a mini kitchen with the basic cooking amenities, though we didn't use it as there is a very good restaurant next door and 7-11 within 3 minutes walk. The host is always around to help and very friendly. Location is remote, but that is not a problem if you have a bike. Everything is reachable within 20-30 minutes ride. And because it is remote, most of the time you can enjoy having the beach almost for yourself. There will be nobody within 100 meters around. So if you're looking for a tranquil place directly on the beach, look no further. For this price you will not find anything even remotely as good. There are some fancy hotels on the same beach, with pools and everything, but the price will be x5+ of what you pay here and the atmosphere will be less homey, more sterile. So I glad we found this place, it was definitely a highlight of our trip

The hotel is right across the street from 7/11 and is next to a bunch of restaurants and massage parlors. The days and nights are full of people which I really liked. I traveled alone but never felt alone. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Aside from location, the room was comfortable. The shower head is in the bathroom and not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which was ok. This is not typical in America so it wasn't something I was used to but the shower still worked great.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful property. Felt very private, and the attention to detail was exceptional. The staff (especially those at dinner service) was so friendly and welcoming.
Absolutely Stunning Beautiful Beach Pool out door dinning walking distance to all the shop's and restaurants the breakfast services was some of the best I have ever had and included with my booking.

Great location at the Southern end of Kata. Plenty of restaurants close by and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast included at Two Chefs and discounted dinners. Clean, daily serviced room. Hard to beat.
Everything. It was the best choice !!! The complex is so beautiful and perfect and the staff is more than 10*. Pine trees , lots of vegetation and the birds singing in the morning. So quiet even though is in quite central location. We were going walking to Kata beach! And centre. Good breakfast too!!! Shuttle service, Massages on site. Great pool and pool bar that we used a lot for dinners too. It’s So amazing ! So good value for money. We had three Villas and it couldn’t have been better for our family. I highly recommend.
Great staff, great breakfast and dinner spots close by, nice walk to the beach, near a market, had netflix, the bed is a little hard but that’s preference. shower and sink too close.
The staff from the beginning were absolutely beautiful and so helpful! The room was spacious and had everything you needed. Having the pool right outside our door was the best thing ever!!!! Loved coming back from an adventure and being able to just jump straight in from our room 😍❤️
What can I say? This is the Boathouse, probably the best hotel on Kata Beach and our favourite place to stay in Phuket. The freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners overlooking the beach, great facilities, helpful staff, pool set up, sunset views and beach location all add to the charm and pleasure of staying here. And let's not forget the fabulous food and beverages with great dining area. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with large comfortable beds and a decent TV selection for rainy days.
