Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Old inn just outside of Gavle. Could use some restoration in the rooms. But it was clean and comfortable. Very nice and accomodating owner that without questions helped us with late check-in and providing a crib. Recommended for travelers!
Beautiful inn situated close to Sandviken. Long history connected to the house and the ball room was really nice - perfect for weddings and big parties! The property is worn, so bare in mind, but if you consider this as the old inn as it is, it's no worries. The location is really nice and just a few minutes walk to the lake.
Our host was very helpfull and nice, keen on telling us about the history of the property.
If you're in to malt whisky there are tastings and it's really close to the Mackmyra destillery
