The location is perfect and easy to get to. The rooms were clean and mostly quiet when the glass doors were closed (the only noise came from the bathroom ventilation windows). The price was good considering that we rented 2 rooms for 3 nights. We had great inexpensive breakfast options from street vendors after 6:30am. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, many with set menu options starting at 25 PEN. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. However, in Agua Calientes, all hotels are close to everything since the village is small.
Breakfast is served between 5:00 and 8:00 am, which is great for people visiting Machu Picchu in the morning. If you want scrambled eggs, please make sure you give yourself an extra 15 min for breakfast because it takes a lot of time to get them. We ordered the eggs but had to leave for the bus before they were ready.
My biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the shower.

Hot water and great water pressure! Which was absolutely necessary after 5 days of no hot water at a previous bnb that claimed to have hot water.
Window from the bedroom was stunning.
Bed was large and comfy.

It's very close to the train station but that also means you can hear the noise of the trains all day and night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast but it was very basic. Breads, watermelon, coffee, yogurt, granola and some milk. The bed was comfortable.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The location was convenient. The staff was helpful. We had two rooms (a suite and a twin room) and they were both very clean. The suite was fairly spacious. We arrived in the evening so it was nice to have dinner included.
The hospitality of all staff members are beyond words. The service is provided in the most friendly way. The location is great especially the dinning of buffet breakfast can look down to entire town
You can see the beautiful Urubamba river from our rooms and the hotel is right at the train tracks, really covenient for getting there and having lunch/dinner at good restaurants.
The views that you get from this hotel, provide a level of serenity that I’ve never experienced before. The Dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff at this hotel, definitely care about your experience. Overall, everybody here was extremely friendly and very helpful and made it their mission to provide a good lodging experience for me. Thank you all so much for your hospitality.
Everything was wonderful from the moment we stepped off the train and staff welcomed us and helped us with our bags. Checkin was fast and friendly. Location is amazing, super convenient for visiting machupichu and right next to the river. Dinner was fabulous and breakfast omelletes and waffles. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more!
