We loved the hot spa after a day on the ski field and getting dinner at the Spiral Restaurant with a beautiful fireplace. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom was perfect for 4 of us, everybody commented on how comfortable the beds were. the rooms were very warm (staff even provided an additional heater for upstairs on request. We had 2 dinners and a breakfast all of which were nice and fast, which we appreciated. Lovely to have the open fires and staff were always so accommodating. Excellent Spa also. we would come again

The overall experience was great. No faults at all. Perfectly placed for my husband who was doing the Tongariro Crossing. Excellent facilities. Washer, dryer. Hose pipe for dirty boots. The service was brilliant too. The lodge was warm when we arrived and advice for dinner was greatly received. In walking distance of a four square for essentials is good too.

The hotel offered more facilities than we expected. Dining room staff for dinner were excellent. Delighted at large dining room. Excellent breakfast. Only problem with room was the bathroom was far too small. Room was warm and cozy.

Mountains were within view of the dinning area. Very quiet - literally didn't see any staff or other customers my two nights. Clean Comfortable bed Convenient location for the one restaurant in National Park and pickup location for the shuttle bus.

It's very well located (close to the beginning of many tracks). The place is clean, the bed is confortable. The breakfast is very good. Emmaly, Josh and Gillian were all very nice, they gave me good advice to enjoy some tracks despite the weather being not that good ^^ Thanks !
