This is was of the most special travel stays I’ve ever had! What makes it so exceptional is the staff - Dalu, the owner & Chami, the manager. They are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and looked after me like a Queen! It was lovely to feel so comfortable & cared for as a woman travelling on her own. The hotel is set in a beautiful, lush garden with lots of tropical flora & fauna, and you can spot giant squirrels, parrots, peacocks etc just outside your balcony! And it’s just a short (and lovely) walk from the totally unspoilt beach. Dalu decorated my room and breakfast table with fresh flowers everyday, and the food was so delicious - incredible river prawns for dinner, and a gorgeous local breakfast. The room is very spacious, with a comfortable bed, great shower & AC! Dalu & Chami showed me lots of real local life that you wouldn’t usually see as a tourist - fishermen at work in the early morning, a birdwatching tour at dusk & we even saw endangered turtles hatching their eggs on the beach at night - a truly unique experience I’ll remember forever. Thank you Dalu & Chami for creating such a wonderful place - I really hope I can return someday :)

Beautiful rooms right on the beach. Fridge, AC and fan in the room, warm water showers. Rooms were clean and spacious, we were given the option of which room we would like to stay in. Can watch the turtles in the bay from the restaurant and you can get in the water to see the turtles also. Staff were friendly and helpful, they exchanged AUD to SLR cash for very small fee.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Friendly lady who ran the place. Enjoyed a tasty dinner and lovely breakfast. Room was simple but clean. Amazing location right by Silent Beach. Children enjoyed playing with the resident puppies
Very lovely bungalows with their own terraces in a beautiful garden. The hosts are very discrete, so the whole place feels very quiet and serene. The place is right next to the beach. No AC in the rooms but I found that the fan was enough. Also possibility to have hot water showers which is a plus as not everywhere in Sri Lanka offers it. I highly recommend having dinner there, it was one of the best curries I had in home stays in Sri Lanka!
Wonderfull stay in huge villa's that smelled amazing. There is airco and a huge shower. It was super clean. The food (breakfast and dinner) they serve in the restaurant is to die for and some of the best we had in the country! Don't forget to try their own brewed coffee. The garden is a beautiful bliss and they have a warm pool. The staff is lovely and attent to every request. They arranged a scooter to rent for a day and transfers to the next hotel.
Run by a very friendly grandma. She has a shop for the fishermen.
With the income she gets from tourists, she wants to slowly improve the guesthouse.
The free breakfast was very delicious and you can get a delicious dinner for very little money.
Everything was great: the villa, the pool, the feeling of being in the jungle while having a beach within 500 steps and some nice restaurants close by also.
The personnel was really friendly, and the manager also cooked us a freshly caught fish for dinner. Already want to go back!
The rosort was magical! It was by far our favorite hotel from sri lanka. Everything you need is there, there are no other tourist on the beach so you can enjoy the peace. The staff is the greatest team you could wish for. The food they offered us was very good and you could eat it on the beach. Both the breakfast and dinner were very extensive. The staff worked so hard to keep everything clean and nothing is too much to ask. The swimming pool was our favorite part of the resort, always clean and so big. We would love to come back one day!

It is rustic, feels like you are living deep in the jungle and yet it has everything you need and is situated perfectly near restaurants and beaches.
The pool is great, the bedrooms are huge and the nature provided our kids with lots of entertainment.
The owner kindly organised an excellent dinner for us, gave us delicious curries every morning and toast and fruit for our kids (age 4 and 6).
It has been our favourite place to stay so far!
Big, spacious room, comfortable, big bed. Fan, AC and wifi were also included. Relaxing, quiet garden. We were after covid so there was no restaurant at that time except breakfast (normally they serve lunch and dinner as well). The guys were super kind and always smiling. They let us to wash our clothes in their machine and let me cook once in the kitchen. A stunning, mind blowing, wild beach just a few steps away from the guest house.
Nice place for a family stay. Rooms are clean and equipped with fan and private bathroom. You'll also find a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of tea prepared by helpful host ♥️♥️

Guest house is located just 50m from lovely beaches 🏖️and nearest restaurants servings breakfasts and dinners.
Laundry service is available which was quite important for us, especially as we travel with 6yr old child 😈
