Amazing and kind employees, they gave me a lot information and advice on what to visit in Seoul. A really appraciated the group chat they put in place so we could easly organize dinning our going out with other residents. It was the best guesthouse I went to in South Korea.

The guest house is located near the Seoul Tower, lots of nice restaurants, cafes and shopping streets close by. Easily reachable with the airport shuttle, busses and metro. The house and the rooms are a bit old but clean and absolutely suitable for a couple of nights. Value for money is really good in a city like Seoul. Very friendly and approachable staff.

E-mail communication was excellent. Great help to find the hostel. Room was brand new. Bed was super good. Aircon acceptable silent. Water pressure was fine. Duvet and linnen very good quality compared to many other Korean hostels. Rooms were soundproof, but the loud sounds from door code things were quite disturbing.

    - good location(can use Gangnum st & Sinnonhyeon st in a few minutes for walking). - good explanation from owner(how to enter building, neighborhood info, trash policy etc). - good room(comfortable & clean). - at cafe, restaurant, deli in same building. - in neighborhood: cafe, stores available, very comfortable. I spent some amazing time here.

I liked the location in Myeongdong. I came to do some work at Bank of Korea. BOK is about 10 minutes on foot from Step Inn. Step Inn is convenient to the metro and train to the airport. Myeongdong is in a very good shopping and dining area. I will absolutely stay in this area on my next trip to Korea.

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were just the right thing after a long day of walking, especially up and down the stairs in the subways. The great location in Dongdaemun. Easy to get to anywhere with bus/train or Uber. The bed was super comfy. Amenities were replenished every day. I stayed in a king suite with a washer/dryer, which was super convenient . I had dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant, with a gorgeous view of Seoul in front of me as I enjoyed my meals. Great little Nespresso capsule machine for coffee.

Excellent location for a stay in Seoul. The hotel is located near City Hall metro station and Namdaemun market. It was easy to travel to all major tourist sights. Our room was spacious, and there was a great bathroom with plenty of bench space. Breakfast was a good selection of Korean and Western options and room service dinner was excellent. The rooftop bar was a very pleasant space for an evening drink. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was the best! It had both American and Korean food. It was a great way to fill up before your day began. Love the door to the bathroom area as it kept all light in there and didn't disturb anyone else in the room. The bidet was amazing! The location was great - subway was steps from the entrance. We stayed here for three days at the beginning of our stay and liked it so much, stayed again at the end of the trip.
