I enjoyed having everything on site and feeling comfortable with the cleanliness and being able to use almost anything. The views from the room were also nice.
Very lovely lady who helped with everything and I could reach her on the phone. I liked the quaint bathroom! It also had a great view!
There are also great extras like the big sofa, the tables for four or more people, the little manga/book library and a big fridge, microwave, and dishes and cutlery you can use.
I enjoyed my stay.

An excellent business hotel with all the usual features (clean, comfortable western-style bed, shower/hot bath and laundromat) plus free noodles at dinner time and a free breakfast which gave it a business hotel/hostel combo as everyone was in the dining area chatting, especially at dinnertime.
Perfect business hotel - practical rooms, decent size. We were able to bring our 2 bikes into the room. Quite a few good options for dinner close by. Great bakery right next door.
The location is wonderful and right across the train station. Friendly staff for sure! There would be complimentary udon served during dinner hours. Exquisite!
