Very lovely lady who helped with everything and I could reach her on the phone. I liked the quaint bathroom! It also had a great view! There are also great extras like the big sofa, the tables for four or more people, the little manga/book library and a big fridge, microwave, and dishes and cutlery you can use. I enjoyed my stay.
