The rooms are very new, with A/C and very comfortable mattress and pillow! I loved that the villas are located in balinese traditional space, with the swimming pool and small gazebo for meditation or yoga as you wish. It is all very traditional, but the rooms are modern, so you can relax and feel like at home.

Honestly we were very pleasantly surprised about this place! Everything was perfect, very clean, didn’t even have any geckos in the room which is super rare for Bali lol , the host quickly responded to all of our requests and easily adapted the breakfast hours to our schedule and an overall great experience! The place is offering very good deals for renting scooters or getting massages. Location is very quiet, easy accessible by car and especially by scooters, there is a place to leave your laundry to be washed not even 5 minutes walking distance, local temples and even a water fall at a walking distance. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience and if we are ever coming back to Ubud we would definitely choose the same place
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Really great value for money. Bed was so comfy and the staff- especially the security who carried my bags in the sweltering heat up two flights of stairs- were so friendly and helpful.
I stayed one night in between my flights from the UK to Australia- lovely and close to the airport and broke the journey up. I went out for dinner in the eve and it was great walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
The swimming pool at this hotel is amazing. It's so deep and beautiful with the water features and it was so clean. The staff were extremely helpful. The food I ordered for lunch and dinner from the restaurant was satisfying and affordable.
Huge communal area. Good vibes, busiest hostel I've stayed at. Very social with FREE buffet community dinner, the most I've eaten at one time!. Live music events. Collection of games and books. Reasonably priced food. Close to shops. Easy scooter rental. Clean pool. outside dormitories for "fresh" air. Security lockers available. Actually has working showers (good pressure/hot water)! 24-Hour check-in, and late check-out!! Wish I could have stayed another day, but was just there for flyout date for convenience.
The staff are extremely courteous and approachable at all times. They also check on your satisfaction a few hours after check-in via WhatsApp. The pool area was quiet and nice. The restaurant serves good food for dinner and breakfast.
The design of the inn was way beyond our expectations. I would have thought that it's a small and run down place with that price point but it was nothing like it. The surrounding area is packed with food and coffee places so not a problem getting food as well
Location was central, with back access by foot to Jl. Benesari, via Gg Adi Dharma near OYO 2184 Nan Berlian Inn. This gives you access to a Mini mart & local restaurants.

Great location, very friendly and nice personnel. The breakfast was good as well - there was always big choice of different foods, drinks, desserts. Additionally if you go for the lunch or the dinner in the hotel you will be offered with the discount, which made the prices very attractive. The room was comfortable and the cleaning was done by the hotel's stuff on daily basis when we were out, which was very convenient. Very pleasant experience overall! :)

Well, and as already mentioned in endless previous rating comments, the staff is really extraordinary.
The rooms. We had a smaller room before which had bad Internet connection so they upgraded us to one of the downer rooms, close to the pool which was fantastic.
So much more spacious and with a table and bigger bathroom.
Nice bed.
We had a scooter which is easy to get so we could drive around a lot in busy Kuta.
It is a 6 min drive from the Hotel to the beginning of the beach.
