The rooms are very new, with A/C and very comfortable mattress and pillow! I loved that the villas are located in balinese traditional space, with the swimming pool and small gazebo for meditation or yoga as you wish. It is all very traditional, but the rooms are modern, so you can relax and feel like at home.

loved it , lovely clean fresh room, no damp as I'm here during rainy season, many places I viewed smell damp , but here not, beds lovely pillows lovely, very quiet and tranquil, and price was great. Lovley pool too. I am reluctant to share as its so good , next time it will not have any spaces, books up very quickly as it is.

The place was absolutely beautiful; clean, funky, comfortable, and unique. The owner is a great guy that made time to show me around; the property and local shops. One of a kind place!

The bedrooms are great, very spacious and the bathroom and shower pressure is also great.
The pool area outside is nice to relax by.

The hotel and room were very clean. The place was not too far from Uluwatu which is quite unique for the price we paid. AC working great, no humidity issue as it's a common issue in Bali.

It was a simple 10min walk to the center but you can ask the staff to take you on the scooter, meanwhile along the way there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and even spas (shoutout to Serenity Ubud 10/10) worth going to! Beautiful scenery, serene sounds of nature and a sweet staff. Slept amazing on the giant beds and my room had excellent aircon.

The owner was so gentle, the whole family was nice and welcoming. The place is not facing the main road, and so it’s very peaceful. But at the same time is very close to a supermarket and it’s easy to reach Ubud centre, that it’s only 5 min by car or scooter. We really enjoyed our stay at Suwar Bungalows.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The staff were very friendly and always happy to chat and recommend places for dinner and other activities. I like that they close the front gates at night time, my friend and I felt very safe as 2 girls travelling alone.
This hotel was exceptional. Our room was lovely, the staff were so so friendly and helpful. We booked with breakfast included and it was 10/10 every morning. The restaurants we chose to eat at were further in canggu so we did mostly get taxis for canggu beach and for dinner but as taxis are so cheap this really didn't bother us.
Quiet and peaceful hotel, close to cafés, the beach and day clubs like Finn's. Small pool to relax at. Loved sitting in the garden on a bean bag.
Room is spacious and - with white-washed walls - has a Greek feel to it. Has everything one needs. We appreciated that drinking water was available at reception.
The staff were all super friendly, always greeted you with a smile, and were happy to answer our questions.
I liked the atmosphere closer to Old Man's and the markets more, but that's just my personal preference.
Its a beachfront property. I liked staying on a beachfront property where I could easily access the beach. The beach is a surfing beach so if you are a surfer then it might be a suitable place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The location is right next to finns so if you are a party type people then might be good for you.
This was more than we could wish for. Great place to stay! The villa’s are well maintained, with big rooms and bathrooms. There is even an outdoor shower and toilet. There is plenty space around the pool to relax and sunbathe. Within all new projects around in Canggu, this place felt still a bit traditional. And last but not least, we felt home how we have been treated by the staff!
Ps. There are Finns beachclub VIP passes included in your stay. However, we aren’t into fancy beach clubs, but we enjoyed two short stays there!
This family run hotel is a little gem. Hidden away among the big resorts and sterile modern apartment style hotels, Ary Guest House is like staying in a Hindu temple. The family’s house, which fronts the inner courtyard where the guests rooms are, features stunning intricate gold painted carved wood. There are song birds, a huge statue of Ganesh and a display wall of tropical hanging plants. Thanks for having me!
