We booked this property same day after landing in Batumi, while we were standing in rain. We were not sure about the availability until uncle responded to us.
Uncle was prompt, very warm and welcoming, came to pick us up in rain. He gave us his umbrella for us to go around. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need. It's compact and cute and located centrally with great accessibility. We paid him only during check out as we did not have our dollars converted, and uncle was completely okay with that. He even let us check out late. We regret staying here only for one night as we had our flights booked, otherwise we would have considered to stay here longer. We definitely want to come back again and recommend others.

The views were wonderful. The terrace was really spacious. The breakfasts were outstanding. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went to great lengths to secure transport for me. The facilities were excellent.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The swimming pool is amazing, breakfast is also very nice, you can also have dinner at the same restaurant. The hotel is well located and isolated from the busy Kobuleti, it is ideal for those who enjoy the air from the sea but prefer swimming in the pool (we didn't test the nearest beach).
When they say vacation, they mean this hotel!

The location was great, really close to the beach, a couple of grocery stores and a cafe are in a 2-5 minutes walk from the guest house. In our room there was a working AC and water pressure in the shower was also good.
Lovely host. She invited me in for dinner on the night of my stay and for breakfast the morning after (for free). The drinks and food were so generous that they quite obviously exceeded the value of the fee for staying there. How they make any money is really a mystery to me.
Cazi and Meriam were truly nice people. It was a pleasure meeting them and staying at Magnolia guest house. I highly recommend this place. I would gladly come back. Thank you!
Excellent location. Hotel is near the beach, but not in the noisy and crowded area. Hospitality of the hosts is great. Very big bonus is possibility to have breakfast, lunch and dinner for reasonable price. Hotel has big fenced backyard which is good for travellers with pets. Also , there is possibility to cook barbecue.
Very convenient when riding my motorbike home to the UK to find a safe,clean and welcoming guest house enroute. Excellent value for money.No complaints.
Absolutely amazing place! The location was incredible, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The guest house itself had gorgeous design with amazing attention to detail. The owner and hostess, Victoria, was an absolute joy. Incredible energy, welcoming, warm, attentive to the guests and any of our requests. We also really enjoyed the wine that the family makes themselves in another region of Georgia. All around, this is definitely a place we will want to stay at again and again!
