Staff were great, nothing too much trouble. The food was excellent - we had dinner and breakfast. Room was comfy but would have benefitted from a small sofa or 2 armchairs at the end of the bed rather than having to sit on the bed to watch TV.

Room was lovely. clean, spacious, and comfortable. Wet room was amazing! We had dinner in the pub which was delicious. We were there as needed a place to stay when working in the area, but the place was so nice it felt like we were on holiday. Already have plans to return for a long weekend when not at work.

The younger guy who checked us all in, served dinner & behind the bar was absolutely first class...he said he would look after us..& he did just that...excellent service throughout...Good Luck in your new job. I'm gluten/dairy free ...good options for breakfast & dinner, well done 👍 The accommodation room was lovely, I booked in as single & had a queen bed..& garden/carpark view..excellent. Tea/coffee in the room was a bonus & I was even given lactose free milk.

We had an enjoyable one night stay at the Rockingham Arms whilst visiting Wentworth village. The pub itself is great - cosy and welcoming, and in a good central spot in the village. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. We had dinner which was also very good, both quality and value for money. In terms of the room, it was spacious and had a very comfortable king size bed, and everything we needed for a short stay. The shower was powerful and heated up straight away.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and chatty which was lovely. It is a beautiful old village pub and the accomodation looked great from the outside, the bedroom was warm and the bed comfortable, unfortunately the black mould in the bedroom and ensuite was very unpleasant. The dinner on our first evening was very nice, we both had burgers and the full English breakfast was great, please see my comments below regarding your eggs royale.
