This is a property for those who value low price and excellent location far above amenities. It’s close to a number of very good restaurants and to shopping, and I was able to walk to the cruise terminal in less than 10 minutes.

Breakfast was excellent and the service superb. The staff is incredibly friendly and Steph was a huge help on arrival and she explained everything about the property and the area. She shared with us that there was a rooftop patio and (after dinner) I made myself a cup of tea and we sat up there for a bit enjoying the late day. The car park is a block or two away and is easy to use and pretty inexpensive by paying for a 24 hour period. We walked to the cathedral where we took a wonderful tour and then spent the rest of our time self-touring their special exhibit. Loved the library and the cache of old and original books ~ what a treasure. Highly recommend this property and would love to come back and visit their sister properties (pub, etc)
This charming inn is located in Bishop’s Waltham, a small town on the River Hamble in Hampshire. It is a 5-minute walk from the ruins of Bishop's Waltham Palace, which dates back to 1135.

Breakfast not to be missed, plenty of choice all delicious, the poached eggs were (in my opinion)perfect. Really comfortable bed, great nights sleep. The meals we had in bar and restaurant were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, the customers we met, were very welcoming and give advice on the area.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Room very nice looked out on the park. Very clean. Loved the kitchenette, very hand
Breakfast, cost extra, left outside your door. Was juice, milk, dry cereal, yogurt with delicious musleix on top, and a croissant, or chocolate croissants, or other pastry. Coffee or tea you made in your room. Dinnerware and cutlery for 4, pot and pan for stovetop, stove top, you need to eat in. You just have to buy food. Washer and dryer on site for your use. Pay with credit card. Great air conditioning in the room.
Lovely yacht, great fun, had everything we needed including hairdryer & straighteners. Lovely to have provided fresh milk for the tea, and snacks! Comfortable space and lucky for us the sun was shining so we got to enjoy drinks on the top deck! The team who greeted us and showed us around were fab - your breakfast recommendation was a winner (Maritimo Lounge)!! A lovely spot in the marina close by to restaurants and shops.
Had dinner and breakfast here… both excellent as was the coffee and pastry I had after arriving. Room was perfect; very comfortable bed, large shower with wonderful shampoo. Location made walking to shopping and historical walks easy.
The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful. Room was clean and adequate and the breakfast offered was good. The dining room for dinner had a varied menu and the food well presented and in generous portions. The hotel is generally wheel chair friendly with the odd exceptions.
Great service when you register and a welcoming vibe for all. Rooms were soundproof and clean . Had dinner there as well and the food was cheap and convenient and staff helpful on allergy advice.
The White Star Tavern was perfect. Great location in the city, walkable to the cruise port, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. We had a delicious dinner in the pub downstairs and an outstanding breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for anything better.
